Christmas 2014
We celebrated Christmas at our house this year. We LOVE Christmas in our house. It takes every ounce of patience we have to not decorate until Thanksgiving. This year, we may have decorated everything but the dining room (the dining room was still Thanksgiving) for Thanksgiving. We took the girls to the tree lot in Youngsville (same one as last year). The proceeds from the Christmas tree sales go to a good cause. We picked out the "perfect" tree which turned out to be pretty imperfect considering the needles dropped and it was dead after a few days. We ended up having to remove all decorations and get a new one (free of charge of course). The second tree survived! We spent Christmas with nana, papa, and Gramps. We had a lot of fun, and of course a lot of food...and just a few presents. The girls and I made sugar cookies. They loved rolling the dough and using cookie cutters. We had a lovely Christmas..We went to Church at Crossroads Fellowship (which we really love) on Christmas Eve, then came back to enjoy food and drinks and a few presents!
